Delivery times are calculated in business days (excluding weekends and public holidays), starting from the processing of the order.

🔧 Order Processing Steps

1. Processing

All orders are processed within 24 business hours after payment confirmation.

2. Production

We are manufacturers: our factory produces our Reformers on demand, allowing us to offer the lowest market price, full customization, and optimal quality control.
Our delivery times include the production time plus international shipping from our workshops in Asia.

3. Shipping

Once the equipment is ready, it is shipped with an international tracking number sent by email.

We work with carriers specialized in transporting large and heavy goods.
The carrier is automatically selected to ensure the best safety/delivery-time ratio.

💶 Shipping Fees

📝 Address Modification

Once your order has been shipped, no address change is possible.
