Delivery times are calculated in working days (excluding weekends and public holidays), from the processing of the order.

1. Treatment
All orders are processed within 24 business hours after payment confirmation.
2. Production
We are manufacturers : our factory produces our devices on demand , which allows us to offer you the lowest price on the market, personalized customization and better quality control. However, some devices may be in stock. If no customization is requested, shipping within 48 hours is possible.
3. Shipping
Once the device is ready, it is shipped with a tracking number sent by email .

Depending on the destinations, we use:
Colissimo, La Poste, Chronopost, DPD, DHL or any other trusted logistics partner.
The carrier is automatically selected to guarantee the best safety/deadline ratio.
