Our devices are delivered within 3 to 4 weeks in Europe and 4 to 6 weeks in the rest of the world directly from our controlled supply chain.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. As soon as your order is produced and ready to ship, you will receive another email with the tracking number and a link to track your order online with the carrier.
Is delivery free?
Yes, delivery is free worldwide for both personal and business customers.
No hidden costs: the price displayed is the price paid.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days to return an unused product to us in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please contact us first via our contact form.

Can I customize my device?
All devices are customizable for free . You can choose the color of the leather and put your logo on the machine wherever you want.

Are the devices assembled?
Most of our machines arrive pre-assembled . For models requiring assembly, assembly is simple, quick and well explained .

How do I maintain my devices?
Our devices are designed with durable materials (maple wood, beech wood, synthetic leather, stainless steel).
- Metal parts and wheels must be lubricated regularly, we recommend using a silicone spray.
- We recommend cleaning your machines after each use with a damp microfiber cloth.
- The springs should be changed every 3 years (depending on the use of the machine, this period may be shortened)
How can I get replacement parts for my appliances?
As a manufacturer, we have all the spare parts for our equipment available. Please do not hesitate to contact us to obtain them.
What are the differences between a wooden and aluminum reformer?
Your decision isn't just about the aesthetic you want to give your space. Each material has different properties and specificities.
- Wooden reformer : offers a warmer and more natural aesthetic, more stable and quieter but more bulky.
- Aluminum Reformer : offers a more modern aesthetic, is lighter and offers more storage options (stackable and vertically)
