Terms and Conditions

ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTC”) govern the contractual relations between the company EMMA GROUP, SASU registered under number 944 480 805, whose head office is located at 85 bis rue de Marolles, 94470 Boissy-Saint-Léger, and any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase on the website www.lumareformer.com.

By confirming their order, the customer acknowledges having read, understood and accepted these T&Cs without reservation.

ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCTS
LUMA Reformer offers Pilates equipment (including foldable equipment) and complementary accessories for sale online, intended for professionals (studios, coaches, physiotherapists, etc.) as well as individuals.

The visuals and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only. Despite our vigilance, slight differences may exist depending on the production batch. This does not affect the conformity of the delivered product.

ARTICLE 3 – PRICE
Prices are listed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding any processing and delivery charges. LUMA Reformer reserves the right to change its prices at any time without notice, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of the order.

ARTICLE 4 – ORDER AND PAYMENT
The order is validated upon confirmation of payment by the following means:

Bank card (Visa, Mastercard)

PayPal (Payment in 4 installments without fees)

Bank transfer (reserved for professionals)

The customer agrees to provide accurate information when ordering. LUMA Reformer will not be held liable for any errors resulting in delays or non-deliveries.

LUMA Reformer reserves the right to refuse or cancel any suspicious or fraudulent order.

ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY
Areas served in Europe: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Italy, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Greece, Czech Republic.

International service areas: United Arab Emirates, Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada

Estimated delivery times:

Europe: 3 to 4 weeks

Other countries listed: 4 to 6 weeks

Delivery times are provided for information purposes only, LUMA Reformer cannot be held responsible for any delay due to the carrier or exceptional circumstances.

Partner carriers: Colissimo, Chronopost, DPD, DHL, La Poste or any equivalent carrier depending on the destination.

Tracking: A tracking link is provided by email as soon as the order is shipped.

ARTICLE 6 – DELIVERY CLAIMS
Package indicated as delivered but not received:

The customer must contact the carrier immediately with the tracking number.

LUMA Reformer will initiate a further investigation if the package is deemed lost.

If no claim is made within 30 days of shipment, the order will be considered delivered.

Address error:

Any change of address must be reported within 24 hours of ordering.

In the event of an incorrect address provided by the customer, LUMA Reformer cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery or loss of the package.

ARTICLE 7 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
In accordance with the Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal from receipt of the product. LUMA Reformer grants a 30-day period for its machines.

Terms :

Unused product, in perfect condition, in its original packaging

Return costs to be borne by the customer

In the event of non-compliance with these conditions, a 25% reduction may be applied to the reimbursement.

Any customs and VAT charges paid upon delivery are non-refundable.

ARTICLE 8 – DAMAGED / NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS
The customer must report any major defect within 3 days of receiving the package.
If the defect is confirmed as a manufacturing fault, LUMA Reformer will offer a replacement, repair or refund.

Discounts may apply if the product has been used or shows obvious signs of wear.

ARTICLE 9 – LIABILITY
LUMA Reformer shall not be liable for any indirect damages, loss of data, loss of profit or interruption of service resulting from the use of or inability to use the site or products.

ARTICLE 10 – PERSONAL DATA
The data collected is used for order management, customer communication and service improvement.
In accordance with the GDPR, you can request access, rectification or deletion of your personal data by simply sending an email to contact@lumareformer.com.

ARTICLE 11 – APPLICABLE LAW
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an attempt at amicable resolution must be made before any legal action.
